Dr. Karl Larsen is Associate Professor in Wildlife Ecology & Management at Thompson Rivers University, Kamloops and an adjunct professor at UVic and UBC Okanagan. He and his students have undertaken fascinating research on many wildlife species in the grasslands of interior B.C., including squirrels and other small mammals, snakes, hawks and the endangered B.C. badgers.
